I can’t stop oohing and aahing over this little man’s Chicago newborn photos! I’ve been excited to meet Sebastian for a while–ever since I did Mom and Dad’s maternity session. (Which was also amazing, by the way.) He was so perfect and precious. And sleepy!
We decided to do earth tones for his newborn photos–lots of greens and browns. I’m a big fan of gentle, muted colors, so earth tones are some of my faves! And they always work so well for boys, especially combined with a rustic touch like the bucket above.
Whenever I do Chicago newborn photos, I like to give mom and dad a chance to join in and get some pictures with their little one. After all, this is such a special time for both of you. You deserve to have beautiful baby pictures recording the very beginning of your relationship with your precious newborn. Although it’s also fine if you just want your session to focus on baby, you can’t go wrong with some professional parent and infant pictures. Don’t you love this image of Sebastian and his mama?
I also love finding the perfect props for my Chicago newborn photos. One of my hobbies is antiquing, and as you can see, I’m all about hats, buckets, baskets–you name it!
And don’t think mom was the only one to get some special newborn photos with her son. We also got some great pictures of Sebastian and his daddy. So precious!
