Melissa and Jose are expecting a boy very soon, and I loved capturing this special season of their lives as a best Chicago maternity photographer! I loved meeting and working with these two. They were super friendly and just the sweetest couple.
Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like outdoor maternity photography sessions are extra special! We chose to do these maternity pictures at Lake Michigan Beach, about 1 hour away from my Chicago photo studio. Such a gorgeous spot!
As a best Chicago maternity photographer, one of the questions I get asked a lot is, “What should I wear to my maternity photo shoot?” If you have particular outfits you want to bring, great! But if not, that’s fine too, because I have a collection of beautiful maternity dresses, crowns, and more in my client closet. There’s no extra charge to use these, so please don’t worry about your outfit–I have everything you need to look and feel beautiful! All of Melissa’s outfits in these photos (including the hat–so cute!) are from my studio.
Totally up to you as to whether you want to focus your session exclusively on mama-to-be, or include both parents. I love photographing couples, so I’m more than happy to include your special someone! Capturing this beautiful, exciting, intimate season of your life together is what I do best!
