Recently, I photographed this 12 day old newborn baby girl in studio. Also, offering newborn photography in Palatine, and also offering newborn sessions to include puppy siblings, as well. Here, I just love how sleepy and beautiful this newborn baby girl was at her photo shoot.
To begin, we had to capture this adorable baby girl and her puppy sibling. Here, I am just in love with this adorable swing set up for my newborn sessions. Also, offering newborn photography in Palatine, one of my favorite aspects of my newborn session offerings is my gorgeous, high end props. Now, all the props, headbands, outfits, wraps that you see featured on the blog are available at your newborn session in studio. And, I am always adding and finding new things I must have for my sessions! Then, we went with the bucket pose, in some soft yellow tones. Now, before your newborn session, I will send you a questionnaire. This way, you can let me know what colors you would like used at the session , and what colors to avoid. Then, the session is truly geared toward your taste and likes. Here, we went with a tummy time bean bag pose. Also, since she was sound asleep and easy to pose, we were able to get several different set ups and poses with this little angel baby.To finish, I love this little bed set up. And, add in the cutest little ears on the hat and a soft outfit to create this adorable set up. Now, be sure to check out my Facebook page here and Instagram here .

Hello, Fall Minis! beautiful white truck setup will be back this year on Saturday, October 3rd.
And then… Santa is coming to town! 🎅🏻✨ Santa will be visiting the studio on Sunday, November 15th and Sunday, November 29th.
Both of these sessions were a huge hit last year and sold out very quickly, so if you’ve been waiting for them, keep an eye on this page for all the details and booking information!
I also wanted to pop on here and share a little life update because I know I haven’t posted much this summer. This summer ended up being much busier with studio sessions than I anticipated. I had intentionally scaled back and no longer schedule family sessions during the spring and summer months, with my outdoor family season beginning in mid-August and running through the first week of November.
Even with scaling back, I somehow still managed to fill all of those dates. 🫶🏻 I’m so incredibly grateful — especially for all of my families who return year after year. Getting to watch your families grow and being trusted to document those milestones year after year truly means more to me than I can say.
The last few weeks have also been a little challenging personally as I’ve been working through some medical issues, while simultaneously sending my daughter off to college for her second year. I spent some time with her in Alabama helping move her in, getting everything set up, and soaking up those last moments together while she was busy with sorority recruitment. It was a lot all at once, but I’m so grateful I was able to be there with her.
So, if I’ve been a little quiet around here, that’s where I’ve been. I’m still here, still photographing, and I have SO many beautiful newborn and milestone sessions from this summer that I’m excited to finally start sharing with you.
Thank you for being here, for continuing to support my little business, and for allowing me to document so many beautiful moments for your families. It truly means the world 🫶
