Would you just look at this little man’s Chicago baby photos? Alexander was such a cutie, and I loved that big brother came to the studio too so we could get some sibling pictures! They are so adorable together. It’s always wonderful when there are older siblings in the family who can join in with newborn pictures.
Blue is always a classic for baby boy photos. For Alexander, I combined blue with browns and whites. It’s traditional, and also flexible enough to work with just about any decor or color scheme. I always want my clients to be able to display their beautiful artwork around their home!
Soft hats give such a warm and cozy feel to any newborn session. As a Chicago newborn photographer, I am always adding to my collection of props and outfits. I love it when I see something that catches my eye and I think, “Oh yes–I have to have that for my collection!”
One of the things I love to do with baby photos is capture that connection between you and your little one. That sweet relationship is what it’s all about! Here, I had mom hold baby Alexander’s tiny hands in hers. There’s nobody like a mom–no matter what, she’s always there to hold your hand! Love the pure sweetness of this image.
Such a sleepy little angel boy! People don’t often use white for baby boy photos, but neutral shots like this are timeless.
