After having such a gorgeous maternity session with this beautiful family, I was super excited to see them a short time later in my Long Grove Newborn Photographer studio. Miss Parker was 8 days new at the time of her newborn session with me. She was definitely a dream to photograph and we had one of the best sessions together. Parker slept most of the way through the 3 hour session. And when she was’s sleeping she was happy and calm. She could’t have been any better.

This sweet family found me through friends who had just done their newborn session with me, and after seeing their images, they fell in love with my work. They were really hoping to get on my schedule, but had one big concern… their baby was already a little older than the typical “newborn window,” and they weren’t sure if we’d still be able to achieve those soft, classic newborn poses.

I reassured them—and their little one proved us all right 💛
He was absolutely perfect… so calm, so cozy, and slept beautifully throughout the session. We were able to capture all those timeless, gently posed images they were dreaming of.

They chose my Classic Collection with pops of beautiful color, and I just loved every bit of it. This style is very reminiscent of traditional newborn photography—soft, intentional posing paired with delicate, rich tones that truly highlight baby in the most timeless way. It’s always such a joy when families choose this look.
