For over a decade, I’ve specialized in studio newborn photography for families in Long Grove and throughout the Chicago area. My approach is timeless, minimal, and deeply rooted in connection—creating images that feel as beautiful years from now as they do today.
Each newborn session is photographed with patience, experience, and care, allowing your baby to remain comfortable while preserving this fleeting season in a refined, artful way.
THE EXPERIENCE
Newborn sessions take place in my cozy Long Grove studio and are designed to feel calm and unhurried. I work at your baby’s pace, allowing time for feeding, soothing, and settling as needed.
I provide all styling for your session, including wraps, outfits, bonnets, and props. Each setup is intentionally simple and thoughtfully curated, ensuring a cohesive gallery with a soft, timeless aesthetic.
Safety is always my highest priority. I am fully licensed, insured, trained in newborn safety, and fully vaccinated. Your baby’s comfort and well-being guide every moment of the session.

Every photographer has a unique style, and it’s important that my work resonates with you. I encourage you to explore my portfolio, blog, and social platforms to ensure my aesthetic aligns with what you envision for your newborn photos.
If you have specific ideas or inspiration, I’m happy to discuss them in advance to ensure they fit seamlessly within my style and approach.
booking details
To reserve a session, please complete the contact form. My assistant or I will respond within 1–48 hours with availability and next steps. A signed contract and a $200 non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session.
Newborn sessions are best scheduled 3–6 months in advance and are typically photographed within the first one-three weeks of life. Sessions take place Monday–Friday at 9:30am or 10am.
Investment
Newborn collections vary in session length, level of newborn posing, and overall variety.
Session pricing reflects the time, expertise, and care invested into each newborn session. Pricing is non-negotiable and subject to change; booking secures your current rate. Each collection includes a set number of hand-edited digital images, with the option to purchase additional images.

Maternity COLLECTIONS
Maternity sessions are usually scheduled between 26-36 weeks of pregnancy and take place at my cozy downtown Long Grove studio Monday-Friday between 9am-12pm or outdoors about 1-1.5 hours before sunset in the Long Grove & northwest suburbs area area. Each session is unique and individually styled to you liking based on your color & outfit preferences in your pre-session questionnaire. Beautiful maternity gowns and floral crowns can be provided upon request for no extra charge. You can browse my collection here.

Welcoming a new baby is one of the most beautiful and fleeting seasons of life 🤍 Those tiny fingers, soft curls, and sleepy stretches change so quickly — which is why newborn sessions are best captured within the first 1–3 weeks after birth.
When you book a newborn session with me, everything is thoughtfully prepared for you. I offer a variety of styles and aesthetics, so every family can have images that truly reflect their vision — whether you love soft and minimal, timeless neutrals, or something a little more styled.
My studio is fully stocked with beautiful wraps, blankets, props, and delicate details for your baby, and I also provide gorgeous gowns for moms so you don’t have to worry about what to wear.
The goal is simple: a relaxed, stress-free experience.
All you have to do is arrive, settle in, and enjoy the moment while I gently guide the entire session and take care of every detail.
If you’re expecting and thinking about newborn photos, it’s best to reserve your due date in advance so I can plan for your little one’s arrival.
