Here, you will see some of my favorite images from this beautiful newborn baby girl’s photo session. As a Hawthorn Woods newborn photographer, I love showing highlights from newborn sessions, as I make each newborn session customized. Before each session, I have parents fill out a questionnaire. This way, I am choosing colors and styles that they like, so they will love their timeless images of their new baby forever!

Hawthorn Woods newborn photographer — To start, sweet baby Kennedi was sound asleep, so I was able to pose her in the bucket.

newborn baby sound asleep Long Grove studio — Now, Mom and Dad chose pink tones in their questionnaire, and I had just the right pillow combination for a comfy, sleepy pose in pink!

moon prop at Chicagoland newborn session — As a Hawthorn Woods newborn photographer, I have so many props, headbands, hats, wraps, blankets, all for use at my newborn studio sessions! In this pose, I love this moon basket.

potato sack pose Chicago area newborn photographer — Then, we moved on to the potato sack pose. Now, since baby Kennedi was nice and sleepy, I was able to wrap her up, to keep her warm and happy, while capturing adorable poses!

sleeping baby Hawthorn Woods newborn photographer — Next, I was still in love with this green with sweet baby girl’s skin tones. And, I added in that pink that Mom and Dad liked, and this color combination looks so great!

Sweet baby Alessia came to celebrate her big ONE and she brought all the smiles with her!This happy little one had an absolute blast during her session—from the cutest portraits to the fun (and messy!) cake smash at the end. 🎂

Her mama found me while searching for a photographer nearby and instantly connected with the aesthetic of my work. It means so much when new families find their way to me this way!

As always, everything you see—outfits, props, and that darling setup—was provided to make the experience easy and stress-free.

Meet beautiful baby Bailey — 20 days new and absolutely perfect 🫶

She is a rainbow baby 🌈 a little light after a deep loss. Her mama carried her with so much love and strength after losing a baby girl before her. Bailey’s arrival is a reminder of hope, healing, and the incredible bond that love creates.

She is already so deeply loved and adored by her big sisters and her whole family.
