Twins! Don’t you love it? I usually recommend doing newborn photography within a couple of weeks after baby is born, but sometimes that doesn’t work out. Especially when it comes to twins! Twins often arrive early and it’s not uncommon for them to need to spend a little bit of time in the NICU before coming home, which was the case with Brooks and Trace. They were 4 weeks new when they came to the studio for their Chicago twin boys baby pictures. And they did so well for me!

Parents sometimes ask me what happens if baby doesn’t come right on their due date. I know that babies don’t always arrive when planned, so when booking, I will simply pencil in the due date and/or c-section date so we can plan a tentative day for your session. Once the baby (or babies!) arrive, we’ll set a specific session time. In situations like this, where the twins arrived a little bit early and had to stay at the hospital, we can simply schedule the session for a few days after you bring them home. So please do not stress too much about the due date! If you have scheduled a session, you have a guaranteed time slot and we will work something out.

Mom actually found me on Google when she was looking for a maternity photographer. She came across my website, looked through my outdoor and studio maternity portfolios, and loved what she saw! She told me she was so glad to see that I was a Chicago newborn photographer as well, because she was hoping to find someone who could do both sessions. I definitely recommend this, so I was delighted that she came across my work. I loved documenting both her pregnancy and the arrival of her sweet twins afterwards with these Chicago twin boys baby pictures.

If you are looking for a Chicago photographer to capture your family’s memories, I hope you’ll contact me. I specialize in maternity and newborn photography, as well as family, milestone, and motherhood photos. Life is too precious to let it pass by unrecorded! I would love to help you hold on to these special moments forever.
