Recently, this newborn baby came to the studio at six days new for a photo session. Now, as a Chicago newborn photographer, you will see this session was all neutrals and white tones.
To begin, we started with a white moon basket. Here, we did a light wrap, too, of white with a white hat to match.Next, this perfect little sleeping baby was easy to pose. As a reminder, I will give you tips and tricks of the trade to help make the newborn session successful. Then, we got a little tummy time with baby girl, for a tummy pose. Now, as a Chicago newborn photographer, I will have your session all planned out before you arrive. This way, I am prepared with all the outfits, hats, wraps, color combinations I want to use with your baby. Also, the focus then is just capturing the shots! Here, we went with a detailed white blanket in the wood basket for the basket pose. Now, I will send you a questionnaire before your session. Then, we can be sure we are using props and color combinations that you like! Here, sweet baby was just so perfect and relaxed for a sweet and comfy pose.Of course, a beautiful pose on white with proud Mom and Dad! Now, make sure to check out my website for different newborn session options. Luckily, there are different options at different price points, to fit your needs. Sweet baby Harper came to see me at 21 days new, and she was absolutely perfect. I had the joy of welcoming her and her lovely family into the studio for a newborn session filled with so much love.
We selected the most beautiful, soft tones to showcase her delicate features and timeless beauty — and every single setup felt just right for her.
Wow! Someone just snagged my very last October spot for a full sunset family session — and with that, October is officially FULLY BOOKED for full outdoor sessions!
I’m honestly blown away by all of you. Your support means the world to me, and I’m so grateful for every single family who trusts me to capture these precious moments. For many of you, I’ve had the honor of seeing your families year after year — watching your little ones grow makes each session even more special. And this year, I’m also excited to welcome a few new families into the fold!
Looking ahead, I have just a couple of openings left in September for full or simple sessions, and a handful of summer dates still available. These are perfect for maternity, senior, milestone, or family sessions — so if it’s been on your heart to book, now’s the time!
And so this post doesn’t get lost in the scroll, I’m including a favorite from last year’s September session with my beautiful photographer bestie (who I adore so much!) and her sweet family.
Let’s make some magic together — I can’t wait to see who I get to capture next!
We had so much fun during baby Rory’s one-year session — so many smiles and giggles! She was absolutely beautiful and full of personality, and I loved capturing these sweet moments for her. What made it even more special is that I photographed her big sister at this same age two years ago! Big sister joined in for a few photos too, now at three years old 🫶
