I am proud to announce baby Sia! Isn’t her name beautiful?!? Luckily, I had to opportunity to photograph this gorgeous newborn at my studio! As an Arlington Heights area newborn photography studio, I get to see all the adorable babies that come to my newborn studio!! And, fortunately, Sia was a perfect little baby for me!
As a newborn photographer, I present to you, Baby Sia!
Here, sweet baby girl is sound asleep in a basket placed in a wood box, with a touch of flowers. I was loving all the different textures in this prop set up.
Now, since sweet baby girl was sound asleep, I was able to capture a few different bucket poses.
Again, we had to capture those bucket poses! This pose looks so easy, but it’s actually one of the hardest poses to capture. As an Arlington Heights newborn photography studio , I really try to capture different poses and options for my clients to choose from. I love the bucket pose, but in reality, not every baby is going to cooperate like Sia did here for me!
Fortunately, since Sia was sound asleep, we transitioned her to my mini baby newborn bed. And, add in a stuffy (stuffed animal), and it’s the sweetest little sleeping newborn ever!
Before each session, I ask the parents what colors they would like at their session. At this photo shoot, we used lots of pinks. Of course, pink was the perfect color for this baby girl! Here, I love how the pinks pull together in this heart shaped basket.
Here, we moved on to the bean bag posing
Still sleeping, sweet newborn girl was just perfect here on the bean bag set up. After posing my newborns with props, I transition them to my bean bag set up.
My goodness, I love this photo! Here, she looks so comfortable, sweet and sound asleep. I love the little fingers peeking out!

Here, I love this black and white family photo. While Dad kisses Mom, Mom kisses baby! Pure love!

This summer turned out to be much busier than I expected! With so many sessions, I’ve been focused on editing and delivering galleries, which means I haven’t shared as many sneak peeks here as I would have liked. I’ll be slowly posting some of the beautiful sessions from this summer soon.
August is already keeping me on my toes, and with my busy outdoor season officially starting, I’ll have lots and lots to share this fall!
Fall is fully booked, but I will be offering a limited number of October fall outdoor mini sessions at a beautiful new location! If you’d like to be on my priority list for those, please reach out, I expect them to go quickly!
I’ve also had people asking about holiday minis. those will take place in my studio this November, and I’m also working on a fun idea for possible outdoor holiday sessions with a very cool setup. Here’s a little sneak peek from a one-year milestone session for my sweet friend Jay! I photographed him as a newborn, so it was extra special to see him again and capture his big personality 🫶
Still swooning over sweet baby Ailany’s session. At just two weeks old, she was an absolute dream to photograph, perfectly content, so beautiful, and pure sweetness from head to toe.
She’s already surrounded by so much love, especially from her two older siblings who couldn’t stop adoring her. My heart just melted watching them together.
This session was overflowing with beautiful moments, and narrowing down sneak peeks was nearly impossible.

Over the past four years, I’ve had the joy of watching this beautiful family grow, from tiny newborn snuggles to more sessions in between and now to the excitement of welcoming baby number three.
I’ve been lucky to see them often over the years, and I adore them every single time. They are such a kind and genuine family, and it’s truly an honor to capture these special moments for them 🫶
We met at the beach for their maternity session, and the golden sunset could not have been more perfect for capturing their love and excitement. I can’t wait to meet their newest little love soon!
