Recently, these 15 day old twins came to the studio for a newborn session. Fortunately, their mom found me on Instagram! Now, as an Arlington Heights newborn photographer of twins, sometimes newborn twins can get tricky. But, Willow and Walker were dream babies, both sound asleep!
To start, we placed these little bundles of joy in a wood basket, with some neutral whites. Here, I love that they both have comfy, cozy hats on!Next, I made a heart shaped blanket set up for these little babies. And, with egg wrap posing, you get to see their little legs entwined. Here, this is my favorite image from the entire photo shoot. Now, I just love the swaddled look on both babies. And, add in little Walker’s smile for bonus cuteness!Next, I love this angled shot of little twins and their heads! And, did you catch how adorable it is that little brother has his arm around his sister!
Here, we went with some cozy outfits, nestled together in a small wood bed.
Now, if you book an Arlington Heights newborn photographer twins session with me, I also focus on each baby. This way, you get lots of twin posing, as well as each individual baby.
To finish, this little guy in the bucket pose is just too cute! This sweet little boy has already shown so much strength in his young life 💙
Born at just 29 weeks, he spent the first two months of his journey in the NICU growing stronger every day. Because of his early arrival, his family didn’t have the opportunity to capture traditional newborn photos during those first weeks at home.
But one of the things I always tell parents is that it’s never too late to document your baby’s story.
At five months old, with an adjusted age of just 10 weeks, he was the perfect little model. We captured so many beautiful smiles, sweet family moments, and all the precious details that make this season of life so special.
Whether your baby is a few days old, a few weeks old, or a few months old, there is beauty worth preserving at every stage. These first moments don’t have to look a certain way to be meaningful—they simply need to be remembered.
