Sweet baby Scarlett came to see me at just 15 days new, and what a special session this was! Her mama is a fellow photographer, and it’s always such an honor to be trusted by someone who knows the craft. She has followed me on Instagram for a while but was actually referred to me by a local photographer near their home in Twin Lakes, WI. This just made it even more of an honor that they would travel all that way to my studio to capture these precious moments.

Scarlett’s mom, Sarah, decided to combine a couple of different newborn styles for a variety of portraits. So we did a Pure Newborn collection for the baby and family photos, plus a Deluxe collection for the majority of our baby-only shots. It turned out so beautifully!

Scarlett is the newest addition to a beautiful family, and she is already so loved. She was welcomed to the world by her parents and 3 older brothers who were so excited about their baby sister! It was so sweet to watch them together in the studio, because it was clear these boys were absolutely smitten with her. Each one wanted their turn to hold her, and watching their joy and love really made this a standout session for me.

And I wasn’t the only one who loved it. Not long after this Lake Zurich newborn session I received the kindest, most heartfelt message from Sarah, thanking me for the experience. Here’s what she had to say:
“Hi Agata!
Thank you so much for the incredibly beautiful gallery!!!
I am in love with the moments you captured!!! From the stunning solo images of Scarlett, to the adorable sibling images of all four, to our intimate parent-baby photos and then our precious full family photos!!! Oh my goodness!!! I am so in love!!!
I am so beyond grateful for your expertise and talent!!! Thank you so much!!! It was an absolute pleasure working with you!! We will definitely be reaching out again in the future!
I pray God’s greatest blessing over you, your business and your family!!”

I was so touched by this. It’s a reminder of just how lucky I am to have this incredibly rewarding job. Being invited to capture these fleeting, meaningful moments for families is the greatest honor, and messages like Sarah’s make me realize anew how meaningful this work is. Thank you, Sarah, for your beautiful words, and for trusting me with your family’s memories!
